    Console <any text>      the supplied text is a HASP console command
    Display                 display the current card reader submission queue.
    Help                    display this message.
    Local   <any text>      the supplied text is a protocol converter command.
    Quit                    break the connection to all EMHASP users and exit.
    SIgnon                  send the sign-on text supplied in the configuration
                            file as console commands to the HASP host.
    Submit  <pathname>      add this file to the HASP card reader submission
                            queue.
    Submit  <pathname_list> combine the specified files into a new file and then
                            add the new file to the submission queue.
