NAME
     setpgrp - set process group ID

USAGE
     int setpgrp ()

DESCRIPTION
     Setpgrp sets the process group ID of the calling process to
     the process ID of the calling process and returns the new
     process group ID.

RETURN VALUE
     Setpgrp returns the new process group ID.
