ti (to_input_window) move cursor to next input window
usage: ti
DESCRIPTION
ti moves the cursor to the next fully unobscured window in which input is
accepted (that is, the next window that opens into neither a transcript
nor a read-only edit pad). The cursor is placed at its last previous
position in the window.
The DM scans the screen from left to right and top to bottom to find the
next window.
