   NAME
         stime - set time

   SYNOPSIS
         #include <unistd.h>

         int stime(const time_t *tp);

   DESCRIPTION
         stime sets the system's idea of the time and date.  tp points to the
         value of time as measured in seconds from 00:00:00 UTC January 1,
         1970.

         stime will fail if:

         EPERM          the effective user ID of the calling process is not
                        super-user.

   SEE ALSO
         time(2).

   DIAGNOSTICS
         Upon successful completion, a value of 0 is returned.  Otherwise, a
         value of -1 is returned and errno is set to indicate the error.
