strsetup − STREAMS set up and information command

SYNOPSIS

/usr/sbin/strsetup [ −ic ]

DESCRIPTION

The strsetup command displays the set up of your STREAMS modules and creates the appropriate STREAMS pseudo devices for your kernel configuration. 

FLAGS

−iThe −i option creates the psuedo devices in the /dev/streams directory that are appropriate for your kernel configuration. The strsetup command is automatically run with this option at installation time by /usr/sbin/netsetup. 

−cThe −c option lists the current kernel configuration of STREAMS modules and devices. 

RESTRICTIONS

You must be superuser to run the strsetup command with the −i option. 

FILES

/dev/streams/∗ Directory in which the -i option creates these pseudo devices
