jbtalk − optical disk jukebox communicator

SYNOPSIS

jbtalk [port]

DESCRIPTION

jbtalk is a general-purpose jukebox communication tool. It is used to interact directly with the jukebox via its serial control port to initiate jukebox operations and observe the results.  port selects the serial port used to communicate with the jukebox.  The default port is /dev/tty00. 

USAGE

jbtalk accepts requests from the standard input and displays responses on the standard output.  The syntax of requests and responses depends on the type of jukebox attached to the port.
