NAME
       vtc_snmp_start - start the VTC's SNMP agent

SYNOPSIS
       vtc_snmp_start device

   where:
       device    The full pathname of the syac device.

DESCRIPTION
       The vtc_snmp_start command starts the specified SYAC VTC's SNMP
       agent.  By default, each VTC's SNMP agent is started by tcload.
