NAME
     init - /etc/default/init file

DESCRIPTION
     The /etc/default/init file contains the default settings for the
     init(1M) command.

FORMAT
     This format of this file is identifier=value where both the identif-
     iers and values are defined by the init(1M) program.

CONTENTS
     ULIMIT
          The value is either a number or the string unlimited. This is
          used to set the initial ulimit for all processes on the system.
          The ulimit may be changed by programs such as login(1). This is
          especially useful for the start-up scripts.

DEFAULT VALUES
     ULIMIT=32768
