NAME
runflop - Runs a startup script from a floppy disk
SYNOPSIS
runflop
DESCRIPTION
The runflop command runs a startup script from a floppy disk. The runflop
command mounts the floppy disk and searches for an executable script named
startup. This script is copied into /tmp. The floppy is then unmounted,
and the script is executed.
EXAMPLES
To execute the script from a runflop-style floppy disk, key in the
following command:
runflop
FILES
/dev/dsk/fl
Default floppy device.
/mnt Default mount point.
/mnt/startup
Default startup script.
EXIT VALUES
Upon successful completion, the exit value of the script is returned. The
command returns a non-zero status if an error occurs.
