  NAME

    ncsat.file - Network control startup file

  DESCRIPTION

    The /usr/ip32/tcpip/ncsat.file file contains the default remote commands
    to load the audit trail server Internet address, the security access
    server Internet address, and the audit trail time type at the startup of
    the I_SNMS network access control system.

    If ncsat.file is not present, the ncs_listener process exits and the
    workstation does not run network access control.

    To disable access control in the presence of this file, set the security
    server address and audit server address to "0.0.0.0".
