  NAME

    rts - Remote terminal servers

  DESCRIPTION

    rts allows remote logins using the Intergraph XT protocol or the Bridge
    Virtual Terminal protocol.  A connection is made from a remote machine by
    the visit command.  The listener process, xxt_listener, on the local
    machine handles the establishment of the connection.  When the connection
    is established, the listener transfers the connection to the rts driver
    and starts a getty on a port assigned by the driver.  When getty or any
    program that getty execs terminates, the listener queries the rts driver
    whether the getty should be restarted.
