NAME
cdfsfsstat - Reports file system status
SYNOPSIS
/etc/cdfsfsstat special-file
DESCRIPTION
The cdfsfsstat command reports the status of the file system on special-
file, which must be type cdfs. The cdfsfsstat command can be called from
the fsstat command.
During startup, this command determines if the file system is a valid CDFS
file system. The cdfsfsstat command succeeds and displays no output if
the file system appears to be okay.
EXAMPLES
To determine whether the device at SCSI ID 4, unit 0, contains a valid
CDFS file system:
cdfsfsstat /dev/dsk/s4u0p0.0
DIAGNOSTICS
cdfsfsstat: cannot open device
The specified file could not be opened.
cdfsfsstat: device is not a block device
The specified file was not a block special device file.
cdfsfsstat: device is not a valid file system
The specified block special device is not a valid CDFS file system.
EXIT VALUES
The command has the following exit codes:
0 The file system appears okay.
3 The command failed.
