nfsstat(8) CLIX nfsstat(8)
NAME
nfsstat - Displays NFS statistics
SYNOPSIS
/etc/nfsstat [-csnrz]
DESCRIPTION
The nfsstat command displays statistical information about the Network
File System (NFS) and Remote Procedure Call (RPC) interfaces to the
kernel. It can also be used to reinitialize this information. If no
flags are specified, the default is nfsstat -csnr; that is, display
everything and reinitialize nothing.
The available flags are as follows:
-c Displays client information. Only the client side NFS and RPC
information is displayed. Can be combined with the -n and -r flags
to display client NFS or client RPC information only.
-s Displays server information. Works like the -c flag above.
-n Displays NFS information. NFS information for both the client and
server side is displayed. Can be combined with the -c and -s flags
to display client or server NFS information only.
-r Displays RPC information. Works like the -n flag above.
-z Zero (reinitialize) statistics. Can be combined with any of the
above flags to zero particular sets of statistics after displaying
them. The user must have write permission on /dev/kmem for this flag
to work.
FILES
/unix System namelist.
/dev/kmem Kernel memory.
