NAME
     getlog - get user's loginname

SYNOPSIS
     subroutine getlog (loginname)
     character*(*) loginname

     character*(*) function getlog ()

DESCRIPTION
     Getlog will return the user's loginname or all blanks if the
     process is running detached from a terminal.
