NAME
     nargs - returns the number of arguments

SYNOPSIS
     integer function nargs()

DESCRIPTION
     Nargs returns the number of arguments passed to the calling
     subroutine.

FILES
     /usr/lib/libU77.a

CAVEATS
     Nargs actually returns the number of words pushed on the
     stack which may not give an accurate count of arguments.
     Extra arguments are passed for complex and character
     functions and character or procedure arguments.
