Delete bytes from the circular buffer
Synopsis:
int buff_delete( buffer_t *bptr,
char *dptr,
int n );
Description:
This function removes n bytes from the circular buffer bptr and places them in dptr (pointer to data block).
Returns:
The number of bytes removed from the buffer bptr.
