move lines
Syntax:
[line_range]mtarget_line
Description:
This command moves the indicated range of lines from their current position in the buffer to just after the specified target_line. The target_line may be zero to insert before line one but may not fall within the source line_range.
Current line:
Set to the first of the moved lines.
Condition register:
Not affected.
