iimonitor − monitors and administers database management system servers for an ULTRIX/SQL system

Syntax

iimonitor server-name

Description

The iimonitor utility monitors and manages DBMS (database management system) servers for your ULTRIX/SQL system.

The server-name is the number for the server type.  You can display this number by invoking the iinamu utility and entering the LIST command.

The commands that you can enter at the iimonitor utility prompt include: SHOW SERVER, SHOW SESSIONS, STOP SERVER, SET SERVER SHUT, FORMAT sid, and REMOVE sid. You can also enter HELP, for information on the preceding options, or QUIT, to exit the utility.
