  SYNOPSIS

    /etc/ca_stat

  DESCRIPTION

The ca_stat command checks the run status of the cache file system (CAFS)
and determines if the /etc/ca_config command has been issued.

to prevent any new writes to CAFS while the jukebox is offline.
