NAME
qrestore - Restores a Network Queuing System (NQS) configuration
SYNOPSIS
qrestore filename
DESCRIPTION
The qrestore command restores an NQS configuration from the specified
filename, which was created by a previous qsave command. The NQS devices,
forms, managers, parameters, and queues are restored, along with the files
in the /usr/spool/nqs/private/root/database, /usr/lib/nqs/config_files,
and /usr/ip32/cnuc/render/subscribed directories (if they existed when
qsave was issued).
EXAMPLES
This example restores a previous NQS configuration from the file
/backup/nqs.save.
qrestore /backup/nqs.save
FILES
/usr/spool/nqs/private/root/database Contains files describing NQS
forms, managers, parameter devices,
and queues.
/usr/lib/nqs/config_files Configuration files for NQS
devices.
/usr/ip32/cnuc/render/subscribed Plotter configuration files.
NOTES
The NQS must be shutdown before entering this command.
Only the superuser can use this command.
DIAGNOSTICS
If no filename is given, or more than one filename is given, qrestore
shows a usage message: ``usage: qrestore restore-filename'' and returns.
If the NQS daemon is running, qrestore will stop and display the message
``Configuration cannot be restored: NQS is running.''

If qrestore did not successfully restore the configuration, it exits with
a value of 1.
