  NAME

qsave - Saves a Network Queuing System (NQS) configuration

  SYNOPSIS

    qsave filename

  DESCRIPTION

The qsave command provides a way to back up an NQS configuration. The NQS
devices, forms, managers, parameters, and queues are saved, along with the
    files in the /usr/spool/nqs/private/root/database,
    /usr/lib/nqs/config_files, and /usr/ip32/cnuc/render/subscribed
    directories (if they exist).

  EXAMPLES

This example saves the current NQS configuration to the file
    /backup/nqs.save:

    qsave /backup/nqs.save

  FILES

    /usr/spool/nqs/private/root/database
Contains files describing NQS forms, managers, parameters, devices,
           and queues.

    /usr/lib/nqs/config_files
           Configuration files for NQS devices.

    /usr/ip32/cnuc/render/subscribed
           Plotter configuration files.

  NOTES

The NQS must be shutdown before entering this command. Otherwise, an
    error message appears.

Only the superuser can use this command.

  DIAGNOSTICS

displays a usage message: ``usage: qsave save-filename'' and returns.

  EXIT VALUES
