NAME
jbrelabel - Relabels a Read/Write optical disk cartridge
SYNOPSIS
/usr/bin/jbrelabel old_vol1 old_vol2 new_vol1 new_vol2
DESCRIPTION
The jbrelabel command verifies the volume names old_vol1 and old_vol2 and
initializes each volume, using new_vol1 and new_vol2 as volume names. The
new volume names are entered in the Jukebox Manager (JBM) database and are
ready for use.
EXAMPLES
To change these names on an optical disk cartridge from side_a and side_b
to vol_a and vol_b, key in the following command:
jbrelabel side_a side_b vol_a vol_b
NOTES
The jbrelabel command requires superuser privileges.
DIAGNOSTICS
Error messages will be issued in the event of an unsuccessful completion
of the command. The following list includes some of the more common error
messages:
JBM and/or jbinterface is not running
The application program cannot start because it finds that JBM is
not running.
cannot open jukebox drive
The utility has failed to open related device file for the drive.
Volume not found
First volume not found
Second volume not found
The specified volume name(s) cannot be found in the volume
database. Check spelling or use jbconfig(8) to look for the volume
names.

EXIT VALUES
The jbrelabel command exits with a value of 0 if successful. If
unsuccessful, it exits with a nonzero value.
